Translation of Packaging, Labels and Ingredient Lists
A2ZTranslate provides Packaging and Label translations to the food product, wine, nutritional and pharmaceutical industries. Our translations can be for both design/layup/print purposes and for MPI compliance purposes. We maintain an extensive database of existing translations of ingredients across a range of languages, meaning we can translate these quickly and consistently.
We also translate directly in many common DTP formats (e.g. Adobe InDesign), and deliver back fully laid-up, print ready files. This means your DTP operator does not have to mess around with “cut and paste” from an e.g. excel spreadsheet to the desired format (and the possibility of errors creeping in along the way).
For our New Zealand clients that are required to lodge a translation with the MPI, we also issue a paper copy of a certified translation that meets MPI standards.
Another service we are frequently asked to perform is reverse translations. Many manufacturers have their offshore distributor translate the packaging. However at times errors creep in due to a lack of diligence, product descriptions and benefits can be overstated, and key branding information omitted. We provide reverse translations to ensure that what is being said about your product/service is accurate and realistic.
